Unit 3: Values Assessment

Restoring Integrity Program

Your Core values are the fundamental beliefs that support your vision and reflect what you value. They are at the heart of what you are naturally inclined to do and form the basis of how your approach life. Your core values draw you forward; they also determine who you are, what you want, and how to live. They are the essence of your identity.

Core values fuel your decisions and influence your attitudes, beliefs, and behavior. The most successful people are those who know their core values and live accordingly. When having to respond to critical decisions, values-driven people are able to act quickly and appropriately.

The purpose of this exercise is to help you identify your top 5 core values. Once you have a greater awareness of these values, and understand how they influence behavior, you will experience greater clarity and peace of mind.
