The Benefits of Working with a Professional Life Coach

Without a doubt, hiring a Professional Coach can be one of the best investments you make in your life. The benefits of using a coach are overwhelmingly positive.  Survey after survey shows that coaching favorably impacts people’s careers as well as their personal lives.

That being said, if you are unfamiliar with coaching, you probably have some questions and may be wondering, “What’s in it for me?” Here’s an overview of some of the benefits you can expect from our coaching relationship.

Results My Clients Have Experienced:

  • Confidence to Lead
  • Improved Relationships
  • Increased Productivity
  • Clarity and direction; personally and professionally
  • Less Stress, Reduced Anxiety
  • Purpose-Driven Living
  • A Greater Sense of Inner Peace
  • Business Acceleration
  • Navigating Change with Confidence
  • Establishing Healthy Boundaries

Change is one guaranteed constant in life. Unfortunately, we are not given a Life Manual at birth that would allow us to more easily navigate change and make wiser decisions based on clear perspectives. Enter coaching. Coaching is a process of discovery, awareness, and choice that empowers people to find their own answers, maximize their strengths, and make important life-changing decisions.

Life coaching is as challenging as it is rewarding; it is not for the faint of heart. In order to experience self-growth and build upon your personal development, you will be stretched outside of your comfort zone but the results you get in exchange far outweigh the discomfort.

Coaching is best summarized by Gilda to Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, “You’ve always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself.”

Connection
Life Coaching is an active partnership – a dynamic relationship between client and coach.  It is an ongoing professional relationship that allows you to achieve some pretty extraordinary results; personally and professionally.

Because chemistry between coach and client is a key factor to the success of the coaching relationship, make sure that you choose a coach that you connect with. You want to feel like you are in a safe environment to share, that you are being listened to, and that you are receiving support, validation, and encouragement.

Clarity and Action
Most people who come to me have so much going on in their lives that it is difficult for them to focus on what they truly want. Before we even start the coaching process, I send you a Personal Inventory Form. This exercise is designed to be thought provoking so as to create much needed awareness into your situation. It also helps you find focus and get clarity so you can start moving forward.
Accountability
I specialize in working with busy professionals and entrepreneurs; growth minded people driven by results and looking for more in life.  My clients and I co-create an over-arching agreement starting on day one. This agreement is very intentional and states exactly what you want to get out of coaching and clarifies where you want to be when you graduate from coaching.

After every coaching session, I will send you a debrief with action steps to be completed prior to our next session. You are responsible to complete the work and have a Pre-Coaching Worksheet emailed to me 24 hours before our next meeting.  We do periodic check-ins to ensure you are making progress and you assess your own ROI.

Personal Growth
Self-awareness is a secret weapon to your success.  I have a framework that I use with my clients to help them build their internal infrastructure, it’s called The Transformational Life Plan. This plan includes 4 assessments designed to give you greater self-awareness into who you are, what motivates you, your personality style and what your emotional triggers are.

In addition to the assessments, you also gain new tools from my coaching tool box to help you navigate through life’s disruptions, create reserves, zap tolerations, increase energy and reduce worry and anxiety. We will also address limiting beliefs and how to create powerful mindset shifts to help you get the results you want.

Results
My goal is to help you find your purpose in life so you can become the person you were designed to be. Coaching helps make that possible because it is by nature results oriented. Life coaching differs from counseling in that it focuses on your strengths and is forward thinking.

The fundamental premise of coaching is that you are creative, resourceful and whole. You are capable of finding the answers you need for yourself. The transformational power of the coaching process just brings this to light.  It creates a deeper awareness inside of you so you can see all the possibilities you possess and the potential within.

Client Referrals
One of the greatest compliments I get is when my clients refer me to someone else. Clients refer me because something has drastically changed in their lives and they want others to experience these transformations as well.  The fact that they trust me with their own clients, family members or friends means a lot to me.
I have had Rita as both my professional and personal Life Coach. She holds me accountable for both my successes and failures. Rita has helped me understand my true self and has helped me recognize my core life values. She encourages my journey as I transform into the best version of myself.

Coaching has been a life-changing experience; the best investment I could have made was to invest in myself.
